Privacy policy

Lucky Cat Industries AB (company reg. no. 556797-7292) is the data controller for the personal data collected on luckycat.se.

What is collected

When you send the contact form, what you enter is stored: name, e-mail address, company name if given, and your message. If you call or e-mail directly, the details you provide are handled in the same way.

The website uses no cookies, no visitor analytics and no third-party tracking scripts.

Why, and on what legal basis

The details are only used to answer your enquiry and, if it becomes a project, to carry it out. The legal basis is a legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and steps taken before and during a contract.

Storage and recipients

The form is sent as e-mail and stored in my e-mail service (Google). The website is hosted by a Swedish web host, where technical server logs including IP address are kept for a limited time. The details are not sold or passed on to anyone else.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within twelve months. Details belonging to a project are kept for as long as the project runs and thereafter for as long as Swedish accounting law requires.

Client data in projects and AI services

In projects where I get access to your data, it is handled according to the agreement we sign, with a data processing agreement where needed. Which AI services may be used, and where data may be processed, is decided together before work begins. Your data is not used to train AI models.

Your rights

You can ask to know what data is held about you, have it corrected or deleted, and object to the processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (imy.se).
